Stories & photos will be shared by Jack Carlson of Camp Sherman on this historic piece of Americana, aka the Hogg Railroad. Built from the Yaquina on the coast to Idanha, portions of the planned eastern extension up the Santiam were only partially built, but never completed. Our speaker will help us separate fact from fiction among the many tales that ensued and share some of his current-day adventures of discovery.
