C4C recently received a $5000 Sponsorship Grant from St. Charles Foundation to connect and engage with our local Latino Community during 2021. The funds are being used for the following:
- to translate the community website into Spanish
- run Spanish language ads to promote the community website
- create a video to promote use of the website
- interpretation services for community discussions and meetings
- a quarterly newsletter for the Spanish speaking community
This grant is one of four grant opportunities currently available through St. Charles for the 2021 calendar year. In addition to the quarterly awarded Sponsorship Grants, St. Charles has applications for:

Basic Needs request: use this application if you are seeking operating or programmatic support for shelter, food, or safety. Grants are awarded quarterly.
$500 small grant request: use this application if you are seeking a grant for $500 or less. Grants are awarded monthly.
*New! Alcohol Misuse Prevention or “Priority” Grant: Organizations, programs and services that work to advance the conversation, work and build resiliency through education, prevention, treatment, recovery and intervention.
For quarterly applications, proposals can be submitted at any time. Grant requests are reviewed quarterly in February, May, August, and November.
