Mosaic was founded for the community by the community. We exist because our community believes that everyone who lives here should have access to high-quality healthcare. Our school-based health centers function as independent pediatric healthcare clinics located on school grounds. School-based health centers provide convenient access to care for children aged birth through 18. Your child does not need to attend the school to receive services.
