We invite you to join the Board in Sisters for its upcoming public business meeting on June 7, where they will discuss a variety of forestry and fire-related topics and hear from the public. As part of the Board of Forestry June meeting in Sisters, they will host a Community Social on Wednesday, June 7, from 5:30 – 7:00 pm, in the Community Room at Sisters-Camp Sherman RFPD Fire Station 701. The Board will be hosting an informal social event for the community, inviting all to join them for a conversation about smoke impacts in Deschutes County. The department will have speakers initiating the evening discussion, asking them to share their perspectives before opening to questions.
