Citizens4Community (C4C) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with the Mission to foster a connected community by encouraging civility, collaboration and civic engagement in Sisters Country. We offer tools and opportunities to encourage respectful communication, to build relationships and trust among the diverse people in our community.
